PS HERBALS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At PS Herbals, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Conditions for Return or Exchange:
Undamaged Product:
- Must be in original condition as received.
- Not washed, altered, or modified in any way.
- Seals and protective coverings should remain intact.
- Should have no scratches, dents, cracks, or physical damage.
- No missing parts, accessories, or components that came with the product.
- Handled carefully upon delivery to maintain its original quality and integrity.
Original Packaging:
- Must be returned in its original packaging as received.
- Packaging should not be damaged, torn, or altered in any way.
- All boxes, bags, or containers provided with the product should be included.
- The product and packaging together should maintain the condition in which it was delivered.
- Any accessories, manuals, or freebies received with the product must be returned along with it.
- Protective wraps, seals, or coverings should remain intact to ensure product safety during return.
Tags Attached:
- Tags should not be removed, damaged, or altered in any way.
- All original tags that came with the product must remain attached.
- Products without intact tags will not qualify for a return or exchange.
- Maintaining the tags helps ensure the product’s authenticity and resale value.
- Any price tags, brand tags, or informational labels included with the product must be returned along with it.
Return or Exchange Process:
1. Start Return/Exchange:
Log in to your account on the PS Herbals website and navigate to the ‘Return/Exchange’ section.
2. Follow Instructions:
Complete the return or exchange request as instructed.
Go to the “Orders” section.
Select the order you want to return or exchange.
Follow the prompts to submit your request.
Fees:
Exchange: Free of charge.
Return: A processing fee of (applicable courier charge, this law applicable on the free shipping ) will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and handling.
No Refunds:
All sales are final. Refunds are not available once the transaction is completed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
