Shipping Options & Charges

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 business days
  • Shipping Charges: Free on all orders (if product value exceeds ₹1000, GST not included. )

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available
  • All orders must be prepaid through our secure payment gateway.

Order Handling & Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation containing your tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

  • Rural or remote areas may take a little longer for delivery.
  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.
  • Delivery timelines (5–7 business days) are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number on your registered email/mobile.
  • You can track your shipment either through our website or directly on the courier partner’s tracking portal using this number.

Shipping Limitations

  • At present, we ship only within India.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • If your location is outside our serviceable area, our team will contact you for alternative arrangements.

Packaging & Safety

  • All PS Herbals products are packed securely to avoid any leakage, breakage, or damage during transit.
  • In case you receive a product in damaged condition, please report it to our customer support team immediately along with pictures.
